Surrounded by the impressive peaks of the Wilder Kaiser mountains, the Lofer and Leogang mountains, Pillerseetal offers more than 400 kilometers of marked trails 700-2500 meters above sea level. From gentle strolls, as on the shores of Lake Pillersee, to mountain climbing and Via Ferrata on the most beautiful peaks offering everything.

With the cable cars in Fieberbrunn, Waidring and of course the cable car Pillersee you can quickly and easily into the air and enjoy breathtaking views, nice encounters and hearty, tasty snacks on the numerous mountain pastures.

Whether on the Way of St. James, the WAIWI, which brings you in three stages from WAIdring to the WIldseeloder, or the KAT-Walk - in the PillerseeTal you will find numerous paths that lead you along the most beautiful routes and to the highlights of the region.

The ranges of tours on offer extends from leisurely excursions on shaded trails, to a challenging summit trip. Over 800 kilometres of road bike and mountain bike routes criss-crossing PillerseeTal and the surrounding area. The region, with its holiday towns of Fieberbrunn, St. Jakob in Haus, Hochfilzen, St. Ulrich am Pillersee and Waidring provides a suitable route for all ability levels!
